Theme & Variations Piano Services specialises in one thing: helping our customers find the right acoustic piano.

In the early 1980s, piano technician Ara Vartoukian and his wife, Nyree, formed Theme & Variations Piano Services offering tunings, restoration, sales and hire services. The company has grown to produce a team of highly skilled and motivated staff who enjoy long-term relationships with customers and the respect of industry peers. Each showroom is backed by a well-equipped workshop offering expert after-sales service. Our workshops are renowned for quality tuning, rebuilds and restorations.

In the tradition of Steinway, Theme & Variations have been providing pianos to prominent concert and education venues for many years including the Sydney Opera House, the City Recital Hall, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and many more. Whether it is a concert grand or a beginner piano, Theme & Variations will offer the highest level of customer care with back-up service that is second to none.
